for the month of January, 1952, and it appearing to the court that said report should be appr-

ly approved by the court and ordered filed by the County Clerk.

No. 5495. APPROVAL OF MONTHLY EXPENSE REPORT OF COUNTY CLERK.
This the 13th day of February, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the month-
ly expense report of Lawrence Stephens, County Clerk, for the month of January, A. D. 1952,
showing an actual and necessary expenditure of $639.32 incurred by him in the conduct of his
office during said month, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct
and should be approved; therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Powell and unan-
imously approved by the court for such expenditures thereon.
No. 5496. APPROVAL OF MONTHLY REPORT OF FINES, JUDGMENTS AND JURY FEES COLLECTED BY COUNTY
CLERK FOR THE MONTH ENDING JANUARY 31, 1952.
This the 13th day of February, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the month-
ly report of Lawrence Stephens, County Clerk, of all fines imposed, judgments rendered and jury
fees collected in the County Clerk's office of said County for the month ending January 31,
1952, in the amount of $150.00, which amount has been collected and deposited with the County
Treasurer, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct and should be
approved; therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved
by the court and ordered filed by the County Clerk.

No. 549. APPROVAL OF MONTHLY REPORT OF CITY-COUNTY SANITARIAN.
This the 13th day of February, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the month-
ly report of Virgil V. Parsons, City-County Sanitarian of Kerrville and Kerr County, Texas for
his services performed during the month of January, 1952, and it appearing to the Court that
said officer has rendered diligent service as shown therein and same should be; approved; there-
fore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Powell and unanimously approvead by the court.
