This the 13th day of February, A. D. 1952 came on to be examined by the courts the month-
ly report of Alma Hancock County Home Demonstration Agent of Kerr County cove=_ring her services
for the month of Januarys 1952 and it appearing to the court that said report should be appr-
oved in all respects; therefore by motion duly made by Molter seconded by Powell and unanimous-
ly approved by the court and ordered filed by the County Clerk.

No. 5495. APPROVAL OF MONTHLY EXFENSE REPORT OF COUNTY CLERK.
This the 13th day of Februarys A. D. 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the month-
ly expense report of Lawrence Stephens County Clerks for the month of January, A. D. 1952
showing an actual and necessary expenditure of $639.32 incurred by him in the conduct of his
office during said month, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct
and should be approved; therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by :Powell and unan-
imously approved by the court for such expenditures thereon.
No. 5496. APPROVAL OF MONTHLY REPORT OF FINEST JUDGMENTS AND JURY FEES COLLECTED BY COUNTY
CLERK FOR THE MONTH ENDING JANUARY 31, 1952.
This the 13th day of February, A. D. 1952 came on to be examined by the court, the month-
ly report of Lawrence Stephens, County Clerk, of all fines imposed, judgments rendered and jury
fees collected in the County Clerk's office of said County for the month ending January 31,
1952, in the amount of $150.00 which amount has been collected and deposited with the County
Treasurers and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct and should be
approved; therefore by motion duly made by Molter seconded by Powell and unanimously approved
by the court and ordered filed by the County Clerk.

No. 5497. APPROVAL OF MONTHLY REPORT OF CITY-COUNTY SANITARIAN.
This the 13th day of February, A. D. 1952 came on to be examined by the courts the month-
ly report of Virgil V. Parsons, City-County Sanitarian of Kerrville and Kerr County Texas for
his services performed during the month of January, 1952 and it appearing to the Court that
said officer has rendered diligent service as shown therein and same should be approved; there-
fore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court.

No. 5498. APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY FINANCES BY E. GOLD, COUNTY TREASURER.
This the 13th day of February, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined by the courts the quar-
terly report of County finances of E. Gold, County treasurer for quarter ending January 31,
1952, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct and :should be approved,
therefore by motion duly made by Goff seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court.

This the 13th day of Februarys A. D. 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the quar-
terly tabulary statement of Lawrence Stephens, County Clerk of Kerr County, covering the indebt-
ness, expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the quarter ending January 31, 1952. It
appearing to the court that said report is true and correct and should be approved by the court
therefore by motion duly made by Goff seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court
and ordered filed by the County Clerk.
