This the 13th day of February, A: D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court the
assistance given by Mrs. Sarah Griffin for the past two months for the care, board and support
rendered to Mrs. J. W. Smith and her two small children; wherefore the court having considered
the letter written by Mrs. Sarah Griffin in the dire necessity for the support of Mrs. J. W.
Smith and her two small children, the court is under the opinion that Mrs. Griffin should be
reimbursed in the amount of $50.00 as prayed .for, therefore by motion duly made by Molter,
seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the court that the County Clerk be hereby directed
to draw voucher in the amount of $50.00 payable to Mrs. Sarah Griffin on the General Fund of
Kerr County, for the care, board and support rendered to Mrs. J. W, Snith and her two small
children for the past two months.

No. 5507. FENCE AGREEMENT WITH PROPERTY OWNERS ALONG FM #1338•
This the 14th day of February, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by t:he court the need
to remove and refence the property lines along F. M. #1338. Wherefore the court having con-
sidered the desire by a portion of the property owners, along the proposed Farm to Market road,
to rebuild their fences at the expense of the County, figured at the rate of $600.00 per mile
and payable one-half in advance and the other one-half upon completion of they fence, provided
the fence is constructed of a standard livestock fence with 35° net wire, including two strands
of barbwire and erection of posts to be 30' apart or closer; that the owners thereof have don-
ated the right-of-way, and in the discretion of the court, the owners should be entitled to set
back and rebuild their own fences; therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Molter
.~ and unanimously approved by the court, that the following property owners area entitled to build
their own fences; that they have signed an agreement with Kerr County and are hereby allowed
to move their fences from the old right of way along the line of the new Farm to Market road
#1338, on or before March 20, 1952, and to rebuild their fences along a line staked out by the
State Residental Engineer, of a standard livestock fence, constructed of 35" net wire with two

strands of barbwire on a post to be erected 30' apart or closer, that the County Clerk tie and
is hereby directed to draw voucher in favor of the following property owners, one-half payable
in advance and the other one-half payable upon completion of the fence with the approval. of
Commissioner Goff. The following owners with their frontage be and are hereby allowed the pay-
ments as follows to-wit:
1. Robert B. Elder, having a frontage of 0.577 mile, be and is hereby entitled to $173.10,
payable in advance, and a balance of X173.10 payable on completion thereof.
2. C. E. Marsh having a frontage of 1.056 mile, be and is hereby entitled to $31E~.80,
payable in advance and a balance of X316.80, payable on completion thereof.
3. H. L. Witt, having a frontage of 0.971 mile, be and is hereby entitled to X291.30 pay-
able in advance, and a balance of X291.30 payable on completion thereof.
4. F. R. VanHoozier, having a frontage of 0.113 mile, be and is hereby entitled to X33.90
payable in advance, and the balance of X33.90 payable on completion thereof.

This the 14th day of February, A. ~. 1952, came on to be appointed by the Court the' nec-
essary election officers for the ensuing year for each of the seventeen election precincts of
Kerr County, as shown on pages 196-201, inclusive, Volume 1, Record of Election Judges f'or Kerr
County, Texas; therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Goff and unanimously appr-
oved by the court that said officers be appointed for the ensuing year according to pages 196
to 201, Volume 1, Record of Election Judges for Kerr County, which is made a part hereof' for
all purposes.

No. 5510. FINAL SETTLEMENT WITH GUARDIANSHIP OF WALTER GRIFFIN, N. C. M. ON F.M. #1340„
This the 14th day of February, A. D. 1952, came on to be considere3 by the court the guard-
ian's deed executed by Sarah E. ;riff in, Guardian of Walter Griffin, N.C.M. conveying 0,.23 acre
of the right of way for F.M. #1340; wherefore the court having considered the necessity to make
final settlement therein, with the cost of the acreage at the rate of .50.00 and an additional
expense to such guardianship in the amount of X27.00 for attorney fees and additional bond prem-
ium, and that in their discretion such guardianship should be allowed the sum of X77.00;, there-
fore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court that
the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to draw voucher against the County Treasurer in
amount of $77.00 payable against Road & Bridge FM #1340, to Sarah Griffin, Guardian of G7alter
Griffin, N.C.M. for the full and final settlement with said estate for said right of way, that
the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to record the deed executed by Sarah E. Griffin as
Guardian in favor of the State of Texas, conveying said 0.23 of an acre.
