Kerr County, as shown on pages 196-201, inclusive, Volume 1, Record of Election Judges for Kerr

oved by the court that said officers be appointed for the ensuing year according to pages 196

This the 14th day of February, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court the guard-
ian's deed executed by Sarah E. Griffin, Guardian of Walter Griffin, N.C.M. conveying 0.23 acre
of the right of weiy for F.M. #1340; wherefore the court having considered the necessity to make
final settlement therein, with the cost of the acreage at the rate of X50.00 and an additional
expense to such guardianship in the amount of X27.00 for attorney fees and additional bond prem-
ium, and that in their discretion such guardianship should be allowed the sum of ;77.00; there-
fore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court that
the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to draw voucher against the County Treasurer in
amount of X77.00 payable against Road & Bridge FM #1340 to Sarah Griffin, Guardian of Walter
Griffin, N.C.M, for the full and final settlement with said estate for said right of way, that
the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to record the deed executed by Sarah E. Griffin as

This the 15th day of February, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by t:he court, the
desire of August G. Nagel and Anthony F. Forvilly to enter settlement with Kerr County for the
new right of way being conveyed to the State of Texas; wherefore the court is of the opinion
they should agree to make settlement with the aforesaid parties for the sum of ~450.~+0 provid-
ing the aforesaid parties will convey 0.63 of an acre to the State of Texas, move their fence
and shrubbery and relieve Kerr County from any and all damages and liabilities that have ac-

opinion they should agree to make settlement with the aforesaid parties for the sum of $1000.00
providing the aforesaid parties will convey 0.694 of an acre to the State of Texas, move their

accrued or may accrue therefrom; therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Molter and

cation by Ned B. Estes and seventy others requesting the Commissioners Court to build a County
road from Highway #27 to F.M. #1340, the court having considered said application feels that
an investigation shoul3 be made and that Commissioner of Precinct ~+, should be authorized to
