This the 10th day of March, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined, the monthly expenses report --~
of E. H. Nichols, Tax Assessor and Collector, of Kerr County, Texas for the month of February,
1952, showing an actual and necessary expense of X1398.83 incurred by him in the conduct; of
his office during said montr, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and. cor-
rect and such expenditures should be approved; therefore by motion duly made by Goff, ~;econded
by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court for such expenditures herein.

No. 5538. APPROVAL OF MONTHLY REPORT OF FINES, JUDGMENTS AND JURY FEES COLLECTED BY JUSTICE
COURT, PRECINCT #1.
This the 10th day of March, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined by the court the monthly
report of Virgil Storms, Justice of the Peace, Precinct #1, Kerr County, Texas, covering the
month of February, 1952, of Criminal cases filed, Witnesses, Judgements and Jury fees collect-
ed showing a sum of '74.25 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to
a fee of '27.00, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct, that sai3
officer is entitled to his fees and that same shoul3 be pai3; therefore by motion duly rade by '-"
Goff, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court, that sai3 report be approved
and that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to pay to Judge Storms the sum of X527.00
as follows to-wit: X9.00 out of R & B Fund and X18.00 out of the General Fund of Rerr County,
Texas.

This the 10th day of March, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined, the monthly report of
Clella Doyle, District Clerk, of Kerr County, Texas for the month of February, A. D. 19`.i2,
showing an actual and necessary expense of X4.00 incurred by her in the conduct of her office
during said month, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct acid such
expenditures should be approved; therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Eckstein
and unanimously approved by the court for such expenditures therein.

No. 5540. APPROVAL OF MONTHLY EXPENSE REPORT OF COUNTY JUDGE.
This the 10th day of March, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined, the monthly report of
Jno. R. Leavell, County Judge of Kerr County, Texas for the month of February, A. D. 1952,
showing an actual and necessary expense of X3.00 incurred by him in the conduct of his office
during said month, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct and such
expenditures should be approved; therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Eck_=stein
and unanimously approved by the court for such expenditures therein.

No. 55'+1. APPROVAL OF MONTHLY REPORT OF COLLECTIONS AND DEPQSITS BY THE SHERIFF.
This the 10th day of March, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the report
of collections and deposits made by Earl Garrett, Sheriff of ?{err County, Texas, of all fees and
mileage fees collected b,y him in the performance of his duties in said office for the month of
February, A. D. 1952, in the amount of $104.10, and it appearing to the court that the itemized
report of collections and deposits as submitted, are true and correct, and should be approved
by the courty therefore b,'r motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously ap-
proved by the court.
