expense report of Lawrence Stephens, County Clerk, for the month of February,. 1952, showing
an actual and necessary expenditure of ?588.01 incurred by him in the conduct: of his office
during said month, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct and
should be approved; therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously
approved by the court.

report of Ira L. Pringle, Justice of the Peace, Precinct #2, Kerr County, Te~:as, covering the
month of February, 1952, of Criminal cases filed, witnesses, judgments and juiry fees collected,
showing a sum of p34.45 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to a
fee of •15.00, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct; therefore
by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court, and
that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to pay the fee of X15.00 to Judge Pringle
to-wit: X10.00 out of the General Fund and X5.00 out of the Road & Bridge Fur.~d of Kerr County,
Texas.
