expense report of Lawrence Stephens, County Clerk, for the month of February, 1952, showing
an actual and necessary expenditure of $588.01 incurred by him in the conduct of his office
during said month, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct and
should be approved; therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously
approved by the cou:^t.

report of Ira L. Pringle, Justice of the Peace, Precinct #2, Kerr County, Texas, coverirg the
month of February, 1952, of Criminal cases filed, witnesses, judgments and jury fees collected,
showing a sum of .34.45 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to a
fee of X15.00, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct; therefore
by motion duly made b}~ Goff, seconded by Ecksteir. and unanimously approved by the court, and
that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to pay the fee of X15.00 to Judge Pringle
to-wit: '10.00 out of the General Fund and X5.00 out of the Road & Bridge Fund of Kerr County,
Texas.
