an actual and necessary expenditure of X588.01 incurred by him in the conduct of his office
during said month, and it appearing to the court that said report is true anti correct and
should be approved; therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by EckstE~in and unanimously
approved by the court.

fees collected in the County Clerk's office of said County for the month of February, 1952,
in the amount of X298.00, which amount has been collected and deposited with the County Treas-
urer, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct and should be ap-
proved; therefore by notion duly made by Goff, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously approved
by the court, and ordered filed by the County Clerk.

report of Ira L. Pringle, Justice of the Peace, Precinct #2, Kerr County, Texas, coverirg the
month of February, 1952, of Criminal cases filed, witnesses, judgments and jury fees collected,
showing a such of ?34.45 collected and d epasited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to a
fee of X15.00, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct; therefore
by motion duly made b}• Goff, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court, and
that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to pay the fee of X15.00 to Judge Pringle
to-wit: X10.00 out of the General Fund and X55.00 out of the Road & Bridge Fund of Kerr County,
