This the 11th day of March, A. D. 1952, came on to be presented to the court, Four agree- ments of identical specifications listed as follows: SPECIFICATIONS These specifications are intended to cover the interior painting, varnishing, cleaning of the walls, ceilings & woodwork of the Kerr County Court House, Kerrville, Texas. 1. The new plaster spots on walla and ceilings are to receive one (1) coat pigmented wall size and one (1) coat of flat wall paint Dolor to be as near to present color as possible. 2. The water stains caused by the roof leaks are to be treated so as not to come through finish coat of paint. 3. After the above preliminary work is complete and all walls and cei lings have been cleaned of any dirty or scaly places, the entire walls and ceilings are to receive a varnish size. After the size coat is thoroughly dry, apply one (1) coat of flat wall on all ceiling areas and one (1) coat to consist of equal parts oP enamel undercoat and semi-gloss enamel to all wall arms:. 4. The varnished woodwork is to be thoroughly sanded and scraped where necessary and to be cleaned before revarnishing. The window sills and sash are to receive two (2) coats of var- nish. The doors and other trim are to be touched-up and to receive one (1) coat of varnish. 5. Steam heat radiators are to be sanded or wire-brushed to remove scaly paint. Bare spot to be painted vlth one (1) coat of aluminum then to receive two (2) coats of paint as per the respective wall color. 6. The wainscoat in corridor and stairwell to be spot coated and to receive one (1) coat of semi-gloss enamel.. There is to be a 1 1/2• stripe placed between the wainscoat and wall, this stripe to be true and straight and uniform in size. 7. All colors are to be similar but not the same as present color.
