The new plaster spots on wa17s and ceilings are to rec%~ive one (1) c-~st pigmented. wall size and one (1) coat cf flat wall paint color to be as nezr to present color as possible. ?. The ,.cater stains caused by the roof leaks are to be treated so as not to coma through finish coat of paint. 3. After the above preliminary work is complete and all walls and ceilings h•~ve been cleaned of an!r dirty or scaly places, the entire :calls and ce:ilin~~s are to receive a varnish size. After the size coat is thoroughly drv, apply one (1) coat of flat wall on all coiling areas and one (1) coat to consist of ecual part:, of enamel undercoat and semi-gloss enamel ~~ to all,call area.. 4. The varnished woodwork is to be thoroughly sanded and scraped where necessary and to be cleaned before revarnishing. The windotc sills and sash are to receive two (2) coats of var- nish.
