claims under Workmen's Compensation Acts and from any other claims for damages for personal
injury, including death, which may arise from operations under this cont ract. Certificates
of such insurance shall be filed with the owner and shall be subject to his approval for ade-
quacy of protection.
4. The contractor shall submit two (2) separate bids in bi3ding this job.
Bi3 A. To include all the rooms on first floor including the corri3or and stairs and stair
hall on second floor.
Bid B. All rooms on secon3 floor including the back stairs from first :floor to jail

~, It appearing to the court that the lowest and best bid of Bid A or Bid B should be awarded to
H. L. Storey who bid under Bid A, covering X1287.60 and Bi3 B, .1,093.72, and that upon com-
pletion of each respective bids and upon approval of the Commissioners Court and the Sheriff,
the County Clerk should be authorized to issue vouchers in like amounts.
Therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by
the court that the lowest and best bid for Bi3 A and Bid B, be a~,Jarded to H. L. Storey at his
