This the 12th day of March, A. D. 1952, came on to be presented to the court, the two lan~
owners, namely Horace Hamilton and J. Prentice Swayze, falling to make a settlement with the ~I,
Commissioners Court on proposed right of way extending from FM #783 or Harper Road to inter-
sect with Highway #27, and it appearing to the court that J. Prentice Swayze has been offered j
at the rate of $2,000.00 an acre for 0.151 of an acre and that Horace Hamilton has failed to ~~I~
accept any offer made on 0.206 of an acre and that it will be necessary to instruct the County~l~~
Attorney to proceed with condemnation proceedings; therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, 'i~
seconded by Goff and unanidously approved by the court, that the County Attorney be and is '
hereby instructed to proceed with condemnation proceedings on Horaee Hamilton for 0.206 of an ~~,!
acre being a width of 30 by 300 feet on Highway #27 and on J. Prentice Swayze for 0.151 of an '
acre out of Survey 120, W. Fosgate for the proposed road from FM #783 or the Harper Road to
intersect with Highway #27.

to the court that said claim is one-half of the expense of indigent persons and that same should
