Attorney to proceed with condemnation proceedings; therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein,

hereby instructed to proceed with condemnation proceedings on Horace Hamilton for 0.206 of an
I, acre being a width of 30 by 300 feet on Highway #27 and on J. Prentice Swayze for 0.151 of an
acre out of Survey 120, W. Fosgate for the proposed road from FM #783 or the Harper Road to

Kerrville-Ingram Road & Bridge Right of Way Fund Highway #27, upon proper instrument vesting
feasible title unto the State of Texas by proper conveyance from the owners thereof.
