Commissioners Court on proposed right of way extending from FM #783 or Harper Road to inter- !

~~ at the rate of $2,000,00 an acre for 0.151 of an acre and that Horace Hamilton has failed to
accept any offer made on 0.206 of an acre and that St will be necessary to instruct the County ~~,
Attorney to proceed with condemnation proceedingsg therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, ~~,
seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the court, that the County Attorney be and is '~
hereby instructed to proceed with condemnation proceedings on Horace Hamilton for 0.206 of an ~I
acre being a width of 30 by 300 feet on Highway #27 and on J. Prentice Swayze for 0.151 of an ~'
acre out of Survey 120, W. Fosgate for the proposed road from FM #783 or the Harper Road to
intersect with Highway #27.

WAY ALONG KERRVILIE-INGRAM HIGHWAY #27.
This the 12th day of March, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court, the pur-
chase of .368 of an acre at a price of $600.00 an acre, being $220.80 plus damages in the
amount of $579.20 aggregating a total of $800.00, from R. L. We stfall and wife, Estella West-
fall, E. V. We stfall and G. Simpson, the court feels that same is reasonable and that at such
time feasible title is conveyed to the State of Texas, the payment of X220.80 for the acreage
and $579.20 for the damages should be made, therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded
by Powell, the vote being carried by all members present, as Henry Eckstein was absent from
the room, that the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to draw voucher against the County
Treasurer payable to the owners of said .368 acre in the amount oT $800.00, payable out of the i~,
Kerrville-Ingram Road & Bridge Right of Way Fund Highway #27, upon proper instrument vesting ~'
feasible title unto the State of Texas by proper conveyance from the owners thereof.
