D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court the claims and accounts filed against the General Fund of Kerr County, Texas and it appearing to the cour -~ that said claims should be paid, therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court; after motion having been duly made by Eckstein, seeonde by Coff and unanimously approved by the court, that the claim of Earl E. Stiefel for plasterin the ceiling of the court house, should be paid out of the Kerr Improvement Fvnd, the County Clerk is hereby directed to draw vouchers against Lhe respective funds and in Lhe respective amounts. -o-o-o-o-o-o- No. 5569. D. 1952, came on to be con sid erad by the court, the pur- e chase of 0.145 of an acre of right of way at a price of $600.00 an acre, being in the amount of 387.00 payable to C. A. Clements and that a right of waq deed has been properly executed by Mr. Clements; therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously ,- approved by the court that the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to draw voucher against ' ~ the County Treasurer payable to said property owner for 0.145 of an acre of land in the amount of $87.00 payable out of the Kerrville-Ingram Rbad & Bridge Right of Way Fund Highway #27, for ~. full and final settlement of said right of way. li -o-o-o-o-o- ~, No. 5570.
