No. 5568. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS.
This the 24th day of March, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court the claims
- and accounts filed against the General Fund of Kerr County, Texas and it appearing to the cour
~~ that said claims should be paid, therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Eckstein
~~, and unanimously approved by the court; after motion having been duly made by Eckstein, seconde
by Goff and unanimously approved by the court, that the claim of Earl E. Stiefel for plasterin
~: the ceiling of the court house, should be paid out of the Kerr Improvement Fund, the County
Clerk is hereby directed to draw vouchers against the respective funds and in the respective
amounts.

No. 5569. FOLL AND FINAL PAYMENT FOA 0,145 ACRE WITH C. A. CLEMENTS IN RE: RIGHT OF WAY
ALONG KERRVILLE-INGRAM RIGHT OF WAY HIGHWAY #27.
This the 24th day of March, p. D, 1952, came on to be considered by the court, the pur-
~,~. chase of 0.145 of an acre of right oŁ way at a price oŁ $600.00 an acre, being in the amount
~., of $87.00 payable to C. p. Clements and that a right of way deed has been properly executed
by Mr. Clements; therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously
approved by the court that the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to draw voucher against
the County Treasurer payable to said property owner for 0.145 of an acre of land in the amount
of $87,00 payable out of the Kerrville-Ingram Road & Brld ge Right of Way Fund Highway #27, for
full and final settlement of said right of way.

This the 24th day oT March, A. D, 1952, came on to be presented by the court, the request
', of Lee Goff, Commissioner of Precinct ~ to allow Elmer Switzer the sum of 960.00 for clearing
~I the right-of-way along the Sodich property which consists of approximately one mile, and it
l appearing to the court that said amount Ss reasonable and dust and should be allowed; there-
', fore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously approved by Lhe court
'~, that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to draw voucher against the County Treasurer
~~ in favor of Elmer Switzer in the amount of $60.00 payable out of the Kerrville-Ingram Road
and Bridge Right of Way Fund Highway #27> for the clearing of said right-of-way along the
