No. 5575• APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS.
This the 14th day of April, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court, the claims
and accounts filed against Kerr County and its respective precincts since the last term of
this court, and it appearing to the court that said claims and accounts should be voted on
separately; therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded 'by Ooff and unanimously approved
by the court, that all claims and accounts filed against Road 8c Bridge #1, be approved for
payment; that all claims and accounts filed against Road & Bridge #2, be approved for payment,
after motion having been made by Molter seconded by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the
court; that all claims and accounts filed against Aoad & Bridge #3 be paid, after motion duly
made by Eckstein, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court; therefore by mot-
ion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Molter and unanimously approved by the court that all
one on
claims filed against Road & Bridge #4 and/FM #1338 be approved for payment; that all claims
filed against FM#1338 be approved for payment, after motion having been duly made by Eckste i~
seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court; that all claims and accounts filed
against the General Fund, Kerr County Improvement Fund and Road & Bridge Fund be approved for
payment, after motion having been duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Coff and unanimously
approved by the court, and that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to dray vouchers
against the County Treasurer in like amounts of said claims filed herein, to be drawn on the
respective funds, according to law.

Ao. 5576. APPROVAL OF MONTHLY AEP ORT OF COLLECTIONS AND DEPOSITS BY THE SHERIFF.
This the 14th day of April, A. D. 1952, came on tobe examined by the court, the report
of collections and deposits made by Earl Garrett, Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, of all fees
and mileage fees collected by him in the performance oŁ his duties in said office for the
month of March, 1952, in the amount of $183.25, and it appearing to the court that the Stem-
ized report of collections and deposits as submitted are true and correct, and should be ap-
proved by the court; therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Eckstein and unan-
imously approved by the court.

No. 5577. APPROVAL OF MONTHLY EXPENSE REPORT OF TAX ASSESSOR AND COLLECTOR.
This the 14th day of Apr11, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined, the monthly expense re-
port bf E. H. Nichols, Taa Assessor and Collector, of Rerr County, Texas for the month of
March, 1952, showing an actual and necessary expense of $745.56 incurred by him in the conduct
of his office during said month, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and
correct and suc4 expenditures should be approved; therefore by motion duly made by Molter,
seconded by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court for such expenditures herein.

This the 14th day of April, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined the monthly report~of
Jno. R. Leavell, County Judge of Kerr County, Texas for the month of March, A. D. 1952, shov-
ing an actual and necessary expense of $3.27 Sncurred by him in the conduct of his office
during said month, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct and
such expenditures should be approved; therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by
Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court for such expenditures therein.
