and accounts filed against Kerr County and its respective precincts since the last term of
this court, and it appearing to the court that said claims and accounts should be voted on

by the court, that all claims and accounts filed against Road & Bridge #1, be approved for
payment; that all clalms and accounts filed against Road & Bridge #2, be approved for payment,

This the 14th day of April, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the report
of collections and deposits made by Earl Garrett, Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, of all fees
and mileage fees collected by him in the performance of his duties in said office for the
month of March, 1952, in the amount of $183.25, and it appearing to the court that the Stem-
ized report of collections and deposits as submitted are true and correct, and should be ap-
proved by the court; therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Eckstein and unan-
imously approved by the court.

No. 5577. APPROVAL OF MONTHLY ERPENSE REPORT OF TALC ASSESSOR AND COLLECTOR.
This the 14th day of April, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined, the monthly expense re-
port of E. H. Nichols, Tu Assessor and Collector, of Kerr Covnty, Texas for the month of
March, 1952, showing an actual and necessary expense of $745.56 incurred by him in the conduct
of his office during said month, and it appearing to the court that said report Sa true and
correct and such expenditures should be approved; therefore by motion duly made by Molter,
seconded by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court for such expenditures herein.

report of Virgil $firorms, Justice of the Peace, Precinct #1, Rerr County, Texas, covering the
month of March, 1952, of Criminal cases filed, Witnesses, Judgments and Jury fees collected
showing a sum of $155.65 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to
a fee of $60.00, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct, that said
officer is entitled to his fees ahd that same shoul3 be paid, therefore by motion duly made
by Molter, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court, that said report be
approved and that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to pay to Judge Storms the sum
of $60.00 as follows to-wit: $20.00 out of Road & Bridge Fund and $40.00 out of the General
Fund of Rerr County, Texas.
