This the 14th day oŁ April, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined by the court the monthly
report of Virgil Storms, Tustice of the Peace, Precinct #1, Rerr County, Texas, covering the
month of March, 1952, of Criminal cases filed, Witnesses, Judgments and Jury fees collected
showing a sum of $155.65 collected and deposited with the Covnty Treasurer, entitling him to
a fee of $60.00, and it appearlag to the court that said report is true and correct, that said
officer is entitled to his fees and that same shoul3 be paid therefore by motl on duly made
by Molter, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court, that sa Sd report be
approved and that the County Clerk be, and Ss hereby directed to pay to Judge Storms the sum
oŁ $60.00 as follows to-wit: $20.00 out of Aoad & Bridge Fund and $40.00 out of the General
Fund of Rerr Covnty, Texas.

report of Guy Powell, County Agent of Kerr Covnty, covering his services for the month of
March, 1952> and Lt appearing to the court that sa13 report should be approvad~ therefore by
motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court and i
ordered filed by the Covnty Clerk for future reference. ~

This the 14th day of April, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the monthly
report of Alma Hancock, County Home Demonstration Agent of Rerr County covering her services
for the month of March, 1952, and St appearing to the court that said report should be approve
in all respects, therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously
approved by the court and ordered filed by the County Clerk.

CLERK FOR MORTH OF MARCH, 1952.
This Lhe 14th day of April, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the monthly
report of Lawrence Stephens, County Clerk, of all fines imposed, judgments rendered and fury
fees collected in the County Clerk's office of said County for the month of March, 1952, Sn
the amount of $254.60, which amount has been collected and deposited with the County Treasurer;
therefore by motion duly made by Molters secondefl 'by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the
court, and ordered filed by the County Clerk.

This the 14th day of April, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the monthly
report of Ira L. Pringle, Justice of the Peace, Precinct #2, Rerr County, Texas, covering
the month of March, 1952, of Criminal cases filed, witnesses, judgments and fury fees collects
showing a sum of $79.10 collected aad deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to a
fee of .$30.00, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct, therefore
by motion duly made by Molter, seconded'by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court and
the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to pay the fee oP $30.00 to Judge Pringle to-wit:
$10.00 out of Road & Bridge Fund and $20.00 out of General Fund of Rerr County, Texas.
