COURT, PRECINCT #1.
This the 14th day of April, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined by the court the monthly
report of Virgil $1',orms, Justice of the Peace, Precinct #1, Rerr Coilnty, Texas, covering the
month of March, 1952, of Criminal cases filed, Witnesses, Judgments and Jury fees collected
showing a sum of $155.65 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to
a fee of $60.00, and it appearing to the court that sold report is true and correct, that said
officer is entitled to his fees and that same 5hou13 be paidq therefore by motion duly made
by Molter, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court, that said report be
approved and that the County Clerk ba, and is hereby directed to pay to Judge Storms the sum
of 860.00 as follows to-wit: $20.00 out of Road & Hridge Fund and $40,00 out of the General
Fund of Rerr County, Texas.

This the 14th day of April, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the monthly IN
report of Guy Powell, County Agent of Rerr County, covering his services for the month of
March, 1952, and it appearing to the court that sai3 report should be approved, therefore by
motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court and
ordered filed by the County Clerk for future reference.

This the 14th day of April, q. D. 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the monthly
report of Alma Hancock, County Home Demonstration Agent of Rerr County covering her services
for the month of March, 1952, and it appearing to the court that said report should be approved
in all respects therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously
approved by the court and ordered filed by the County Clerk.

CLERK FOR MONTH OF MARCH, 1952.
This the 14th day of April, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the monthly
report of Lawrence Stephens, County Clerk, of all fines imposed, judgments rendered and fury
fees collected in the County Clerk's office of said County for the month of March, 1952, Sn
the amount of $254.60, which amount has been collected and deposited vlth the County Treasurer
therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded 'by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the
court, and ordered Piled by the County Clerk.

COURT, PRECINCT #2.
This the 14th day of April, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the monthly
report of Ira L. Pringle, Justice of the Peace, Precinct #2, Rerr County, Texas, covering
the month of Maroh, 1952, of Criminal cases flied, witnesses, judgments and fury fees collecte
showing a sum of $79.10 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to a
fee of $30.00, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct, therefore
by motion duly made by Molter, seconded'-by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court and
the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to pay the fee of /30.00 to Judge Pringle to-wit:
$10.00 out of Road & Bridge Fund and $20.00 out of General Fund of Rerr County, Texas.
