COURT, PRECINCT //1.
This the 14th day of April, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined by the court the monthly
report of VSrgil $Corms, 3ustice of the Peace, Precinct #1, Rerr Coilnty, Texas, covering the
month of March, 1952, of Criminal cases filed, Witnesses, Judgments and Jury fees collected
showing a sum of $155.65 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to
a fee of $60.00, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct, that said
officer is entitled to his fees ahd that same should be paldq therefore by motion duly made
by Molter, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court, that said report be
approved and that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to pay to Judge Storms the sum
of 860.00 as follows to-wit: $20.00 out of Road & Bridge Fund and $40,00 out of the General
Fund of Rerr County, Texas.

No. $$80. APPROVAL OF' MONTHLY REPORT OF COUNTY AGENT.
This the 14th day of April, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the monthly
report of Guy Powell, County Agent of Kerr County, covering his services for the month of
March, 1952, and Lt appearing to the court that sa13 report should be approved therefore by
motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court and
ordered filed by the County Clerk for future reference.

No. 5581. APPROVAL OF MONTHLY REPORT dF COUNTY HOME DEMOftSTRATION AGENT.
This the 14th day of April, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the monthly
report of Alma Hancock, County Home Demonstration Agent of Rerr County covering her services
for the month of March, 1952, and it appearing to the court that said report should be approved
in all respects, therefore Dy motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously
approved by the court and ordered filed by the County Clerk.

No. 5582. APPROVAL OF MONTHLY REPORT OF FZRES, 3UDGMENTB AND JURY FEES COLLECTED BY COUNTY
CLERK FOR MOftTH OF MARCH, 1952.
This the 14th day of April, A. D. 1452, came on to be examined by the court, the monthly
report of Lawrence Stephens, County Clerk, of all fines imposed, judgments rendered and fury
fees collected Sn the County Clerk's office of said County for the month of March, 1952, in
the amount of $254.60, which amount has been collected and deposited with the County Treasurer
therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded -by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the
court, and ordered filed by the County Clerk.

This the 14th day of April, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the monthly
report of Ira L. Pringle, Justice of the Peace, Precimct $2, Rerr County, Texas, covering
the month of March, 1952, of Criminal cases filed, witnesses, judgments and fury fees collecte
showing a sum of $79.10 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to a
fee of $30.00, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct, therefore
by motion duly made by Molter, seconded-by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court and
the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to pay the fee of X30.00 to Judge Pringle to-wit:
$10.00 out of Road & Bridge Fund and $20.00 out of General Fund of Rerr County, Texas.
