Pringle, Jnstlce of the Peace, Precinct #2, Kerr County, Texas, covering the month of March, 1952, of Criminal cases filed, witnesses, judgments and fury fees collecte showing a sum of $79.10 collected aad deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to a fee of $30.00, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct, therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded `by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court and the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to pay the fee of $30.00 to Judge Pringle to-wit: $10.00 out of Road & Bridge Fund and $20.00 out of General Fund of Rerr County, Texas.
