No. 5579. APPROVAL OF MONTHLY REPORT OF FINES, JUDGMENTS AND JURY FEBS COLLECTED BY JUSTICE
COURT, PRECINCT //1.
This the 14th day of April, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined by the court the monthly
report of Virgil ~Gorms, Jus lice of the Peace, Precinct ~1, Rerr County, Texas, covering the
month of March, 1952, of Criminal cases filed, Witnesses, Judgments and Jury fees collected
showing a sum of $155.65 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to
a fee of $60.00, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct, that said
officer is entitled to his fees ahd that same should be paid, therefore by motl on duly made
by Molter, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court, that said report be
approved and that the County Clerk ba, and is hereby directed to pay to Judge Storms the sum
of 860.00 as follows to-wit: $20.00 out of Road & Bridge Fund snd (40.00 out of the General
Fund of Rerr County, Texas.

This the 14th day of April, A• D. 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the monthly
report of Guy Powell, County Agent of Kerr County, covering his services for the month of
March, 1952, and Lt appearing to the court that sa13 report should be approved, therefore by
motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court and
ordered filed by the County Clerk for future reference.

This the 14th day of April, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the monthly
report of Alma Hancock, County Home Demonstration Agent of Rerr County covering her services
for the month of March, 1952, and it appearing to the court that said report should be approved
in all re spec tsq therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously
approved by the court and ordered filed by the County Clerk.

CLERK FOR MORTH OF MARCH, 1952.
This the 14th day of April, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the monthly
report of Laurence Stephens, County Clerk, of all fines imposed, judgments reMlered and jury
fees collected in the County Clerk's office of Bald County for the month of March, 1952, in
the amount of $254.60, which amount has been collected and deposited with the County Treasurer
therefore by motion duly made by Molter, aeconded'by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the
court, and ordered filed by the County Clerk.

report of Ira L. Pringle, Justice of the Peace, Precinct //2, Rerr County, Texas, covering
the month of March, 1952, of Criminal cases filed, witnesses, judgments and jury fees collecte
showing a sum of $79.10 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to a
fee of $30.00, and it appearing to the court Lhat said report is true and correct, therefore
by motion duly made by Molter, seconded`by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court and
the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to pay the fee of X30.00 to Judge Pringle to-wit:
$10.00 out of Road do Bridge Fund and 320.00 out of General Fund of Rerr County, Texas.
