This the 14th day of April, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court, the quart-
erly report of Lawrence Stephens, County Clerk, of all fines imposed, judgments rendered and
Jury fees collected in the County Court for the quarter ending March 31, 1952, showing an ag-
gregate of $702.60 collected and deposited by him with the County Treasurer of Rerr County,
Texas, and it appearing to the court that said IDport is true and correct and should be approved
therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the
court.

This the 14th day of April, A. D. 1Q 52, came on to be examined by the court, the monthly
expense report of Lawrence Stephen, County Clerk, for the month of March, 1952, showing an
factual and necessary expenditure of $ 525.94 incurred by him in the conduct of his office
'during said month, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct and
(should be approvedg therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Eckstein and unanim-

FEES.

punt of $1743.98, and it appearing to the court that said report 1s in due form and should
approvedg therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously
by the court and ordered filed by the County Clerk for future reference.
