This the 14th day of April, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court, the quart-
erly report of Lawrence Stephens, County Clerk, of all fines imposed, judgments rendered and
Sury fees collected Sn the County Court for the quarter ending March 31, 1952, showing an ag-
gregate of $702.60 collected and deposited by him with the County Treasurer of Kerr County,
Texas, and it appearing to the court that said mport is true and correct and should be approved
therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the
court.

FEES.
This the 14th day of April, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court, the report
of all monies, fees collected by Lawrence Stephens, County Clerk, belonging to officers, witnes
es, or other persons, remaining 1n his hands uncalled for by the parties entitled thereto for
the quarter ending March 31, 1952, as held on deposit in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the
amount of $1743.98, and it appearing to the court that said report is in due form and should
be approved; therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously
approved by the court and ordered filed by the County Clerk Sor future reference.
