COURT FOR PERIOD ENDING MARCH 31, 1952.

This the 14th day of April, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court, the quart-
erly report of Lawrence Stephens, County Clerk, of all fines imposed, judgments Yendered and
Jury fees collected in the County Court for the quarter ending March 31, 1952, showing an ag-
gregate of $702.60 collected and deposited by him with the County Treasurer of Kerr County,
Texas, and it appearing to the court that said mport is true and correct and should ba approved
therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Ecksteln and unanimously approved by the
court.

5585. APPROVAL OF MONTHLY EKPENSE AEPORT OF COUNTY CLERK.
This the 14th day of April, A. D. 1Q52, came on to be examined by the court, the monthly
expense report of Lawrence Stephen, County Clerk, for the month of March, 1952, showing an
actual and necessary expenditure of ~ 525.94 incurred by him in the conduct of his office
!during said month, and it appearing to the court that said report Sa true and correct and
(should be approved therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Eckstein and unanim-
' '',,ously approved by the court for such expenditures therein.

5586. APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY CLERK OF TRUST FUND, ESCREATS AND WITRESS
FEES.
This the 14th day of Apr11, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court, the report
of all monies, fees collected by Lawrence Stephens, County Clerk, belonging to officers, wltnes
es, or other persons, remaining in his hands uncalled for by the parties entitled thereto for
Lhe quarter ending March 31, 1952, as held on deposit Sn the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the
amount of $1743.98, and it appearing to the court that said report is in due form and should
be approvedq therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously
by the court and ordered flied by the County Clerk for future reference.

undivided one-half interest in 392.10 acres and being all the land comprised by the Louts
Schreiner Field Kerrville Municipal Airport, bearing date April 8, 1952, together with a copy
of the minutes of the Kerrville City Council authorizing the Mayor and the City Clerk to exe-
