court.

This the 14th day of April, A. n. 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the monthly
expense report of Lawrence Stephen, County Clerk, for the month of March, 1952, showing an
actual and necessary expenditure of $ 525.94 incurred by him in the conduct of his office
during said month, and it appearing to Lhe court that said report Ss true and correct and
should be approved, therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Eckstein and unanim-
ously approved by the court for such expenditures therein.

This the 14th day of April, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court, the report
of all monies, fees collected by Iewreace Stephens, County Clerk, belonging to officers, vitae s
es, or other persons, remaining in his bands uncalled for by the parties entitlefl thereto for
the quarter ending March 31, 1952, as held on deposit in the County Clerk's Trust Fund Sn the
amount of $1743.98, and it appearing to the court that said report is 1n due form and should
be approved therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously
by the court and ordered filed by the County Clerk for future reference.
