:rly report of Lawrence Stephens, County Clerk, of all fines imposed, judgments rendered and
Jury Sees collected in the County Court for the quarter ending March 31, 1952, showing an ag-
gregate of $702.60 collected and deposited by him with the County Treasurer of Kerr County,
Texas, and it appearing to the court that said mport is true and correct and should be approved
therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the
court.

expense report of Lawrence Stephen, County Clerk, for the month of March, 1952, showing as
actual and necessary expenditure of $ 525.94 incurred by him in the conduct of his office
during said month, and it appearing to Lhe court that said report is true and correct and
should be approvedy therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Eckstein and unaaim-

FEES.
This the 14th day of April, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court, the report
of all monies, fees collected by Iawrence Stephens, County Clerk, belonging to officers, wltnes
es, or other persons, remaining Sn his hands uncalled for by the parties entitled thereto for
the quarter ending March 31, 1952, as held on deposit in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the

Greiner Field Kerrville Municipal Airport, bearing date April 8, 1952, together with a copy

showing an aggregate of X70.75 collected for the month of March, 1952, and it appearing to the
court that said report is true and correct and should be approved, and that the City be sent
a bill for their pro rata share in the amount of $14.63 due the General Fund of Rerr County.
Therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the
court, that said report be approved and the County Clerk be directed to bill the City for the
amount of $14.63 to be deposited in the General Fund of Kerr County, Texas upon collection.

This the 15th day of April, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court the claims
and accounts filed against the General Fund, Road & Bridge #2 and Road & Bridge #4 of Kerr
County, Texas and it appearing to the court that said claims should be paid, therefore by mot-
ion duly made by Molter, Seconded by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court, that all
claims filed against the General Fund, Road & Rridge #2 and Road & Bridge #4 since the last
term of this court, be approved for payment.

No. 5592. APPROVAL OF COLLECTION OF COUNTY AND STATE TAXES FOR MONTHS FEBRDARY AND MARCH,
1952.
This the 15th day of April, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the item-
ized monthly report and tax receipts of E. H. Nichols, Tax Assessor & Collector, for the month
February and March, 1952, showing the disposition of all monies owed to the State and County
collected by him during said month, with a certificate of audit by the County Clerk as to his
examination of said report and stubs and as to the correctness as to names, dates and amounts
on each, and St appearing to the court that said report together with tax receipt stubs, filed
herein, are correct, therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Molter and unanimously
approved by the court, as audited by the County Clerk.
