This the 15th day of April, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court the monthly
~, ~ report of deposits and collections of Albert Wilson, Public Weigher, Rerr County Precinct #1,
showing an aggregate oP $70.75 collected for the month of March, 1952, and it appearing to the
court that said report is true and correct and should be approved, and that the City be sent
a bill for their pro rata share in the amount of $14.63 due the General Fund of Kerr County. !

~~ Therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the
~ court, that said report be approved and the County Clark be directed to bill the City for the
amount of $14.63 to be deposited in the General Fund of Rerr County, Texas upon collection.

and accounts filed against the General Fund, Road & Bridge #2 and Road & Bridge /~ of Kerr ~~~
County, Texas and it appearing to the court that said claims should be paid, therefore by mot-
ion duly made by Molter, Seconded by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court, that all
claims filed against the General Fund, Road & Bridge #2 and Road & Bridge ~ since the last
term of this court, be approved for payment.
