APPROVAL OF REPORT OF DEPOSTTS AND COLLECTIONS OF ALBERT WILSON, PUBLIC WEIGHER, PAE'OIACT #1. This the 15th day of April, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court the monthly report of deposits and collections of Albert Wilson, Public Weigher, Rerr County Precinct #1, showing an aggregate of $70.75 collet Led for the month of March, 19$2, and it appearing to the court that sa ld report is true and correct and should be approved, and that the City be sent e bill for their pro rata share in the amount of $14.63 due the General Fund of Rerr County. Therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court, that said report be approved and the County Clerk be directed to bill the City for the amount of ~1'+,63 to be deposited in the General Fund of Rerr County, Texas upon collection. -o-o-o-o-o- No. $$91. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS. This the 15th day of April, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court the claims and accounts filed against the General Fund, Road & Bridge >42 and Aoad & Bridge /~ of Kerr County, Texas and it appearing to the court that said claims should be paid, therefore by mot- ion duly made by Molter, Seconded by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court, that all claims filed against the General Fund, Road & Bridge #2 and Road & Bridge ~+ since the last term of this court, be approved for payment. -o-o-o-o-o- No. 5592. APPROVAL OF COLLECTION OF COUNTY AND STATE TAxES FOR MONTHS FEBRIIARY AND MARCH, 1952. This the 15th day of April, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the item- ized monthly report sad tax receipts of E. H. Nichols, Tax Assessor & Collector, for the month February and March, 1952, showing the disposition of all monies owed to the State and County collected by him during said month, with a certificate of audit by the County Clerk as to his examination of said report and stubs and as to the correctness as to names, dates and amounts on each, and it appearing to the court that said report together with tax recApt stubs, filed herein, are correct, therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Molter and unanimously approved by the court, as audited by the County Clerk. -o-o-o-o-o-o- No. 5593• APPROVAL OF MONTHLY REPORT OF FINESL JUDGMENTS AND JURY FEES COLLECTED BY DISTRICT CLERK FOR THE MONTH MARCH, A.
