FIN4L F.ETTLEMENT WITH 0. C. HAMPTON FOR 0.055 OF AN ACRE OF RIGHT OF WAY, HWY. #27. This the 28th day of April, A. n. 1952, came on to be considered by the court, the right of way deed executed by C. C. Hampton conveying 0.055 of an acre of land for new state Highway #27 conveyed to the State of Texas for right of way purposes, it appearing to the court that Mr. Hampton is entitled to be paid at the rate of $800.00 per acre, aggregating ?544.00, and that same should be paid out of Kerrville-Ingram Road & Brld ge Right of Way Fund Hwy. #27; therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court, that the County Clerk draw voucher on the County Treasurer in amount of x+.00 payable to C. C. Hampton for the 0.055 of an acre to be used by the State of Texas for right of way purposes. -o-o-o-o-o-o- No. 5611. PUPCHASE OF VACUUM CLEANER FOR COURT HOUSE. This the 20th day of April, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court the pur- chase of a vacuum cleaner for the court house, and it appearing to the court that it is a nec- essity and that same should be purchased; therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Molter and unanimously approved by the court that the vacuum cleaner that was demonstrated be purchased for the courthouse. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court, the claim of the election judges holding Lhe County School Trustee Election in Iane Valley and Cypress Creek, and it appearing to the court that said officers be paid $3.00 each and same should be payable out of the General Fund of Kerr County, Texas; therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Molter and unanimously approved by the court, that the County Clerk draw voucher against the County Treasurer payable out of the General Fund of Kerr County, to Texas,/the following officers to-wit: Fred Sauer, William Karger, Kurt Ehlers, Gus Ehlers and Eddie Biermann.
