of way deed executed by C. C. Hampton conveying 0,055 of an acre of land for new State Highway
#27 conveyed to the State of Texas for right of way purposes, St appearing to the court that
Mr. Hampton is entitled to be paid at the rate of $800.00 per acre, aggregating X544,00, and that
same should be paid out of Kerrville-Ingram Road & Bridge Right of Way Fund Hwy, #27; therefore
by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court, that
the County Clerk draw voucher on the County Treasurer in amount of x+4,00 payable to C. C.
Hampton for the 0.055 of an acre to be used by the State of Texas for right of way purposes.
