Be it remembered that there was begun and holden on the 12th day of May, A. D. 1952, at
the court house thereof in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a regular term of the Commissioners
Court with the following officers present, to-wit:

and the court having been regularly opened, the following proceedings were had to-wit:

No. 5613. FULL AND FINAL SETTLEMENT WITH V. E. PRITCHETT.
This the 12th day of May, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court, the purchase
of 0.039 of an acre of right of way from V. E. Pritchett, along Highway #27, and the moving
and replacing of the house from the new right of way to its new location. And it appearing to
the court that it is estimated that the work including the moving of the house on the old found-
ation to a new location is itemized as follows, to-wit:
Concrete Foundation ..........................................................1117.50
Removal Old Slab (Refilling old hold not included) Also 140 sq. ft. of
Walk to be removed and replaced and filled .................................. 75.0
Removing Old Septic Tank ..................................................... 25.00

Total $2,342.00
In the descretion of the court, such amount should be payable to V. R. Pritchett out of the
Kerrville-Ingram Road & Bridge Right of Way Hwy. 27, as a full and final payment and with no
other obligation to Kerr County in this connection. Therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein,
seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the court that the County Clerk be and is hereby
directed to issue voucher in the sum of $2,342.00 payable to V. E. Pritchett for the 0.039 of
a acre and the obligation of V. E. Pritchett to move and replace the house from the new right
of way to its new location, being in full and final settlement and with the said V. E. Pritchett
and that no other obligation to Kerr County in this connection.
