D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court, of the nurs- ing care and support of Mary Sheppard. It appearing to the court that State Welfare Department funds are no sufficient for the care, nursing and support of the said Mary Sheppard and Mrs. B. H. Maddox who is presently nursing this patient, the court realizing that said Mary Sheppard is entitled to additional necessities of life and that a sum of X100.00 monthly shoul3 be paid to Mrs. B. H. Maddox to assist in the care and nursing during this emergency; therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the court that the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to draw voucher in favor of Mrs. B. H. Maddox or her successor, in the amount of 1100.00 each month beginning May 14, 1952, payable out of the Gen- eral Fund of Kerr County, and each month thereafter until further determined by the court. -o-o-o-o-o-o- No. 5620. FINAL SETTLEMENT WITH FRANK HIGGINS AND G. C. McCOY. ^ This the 14th day of May, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court the erection of fences along FM #1338 by the property owners, Frank Higgins and G. C. McCoy, it appearing to the court that Frank Higgins has built .514 of a mile of fence to be figured at the rate of '$600.00 per mile and should be entitled to X308.40 and that in addition thereto, said Frank Higgins should be allowed the sum of X16.90 for a gate; that G. C. McCoy has erected .638 of a mile of fence figured at the rate of $600.00 per mile, entitling him to X382.80, and in the descretion of the court, such sums should be reimbursed to said property owners, therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to draw vouchers in the sum of X308,40 and $16.90, payable to Frank Higgins on the Road & Bridge Right of Way Fund FM X1338 for fencing and the erection of a gate; that a voucher in the sum of $382.80 should be made to G.
