1952, showing an actual and necessary expense of °6975.05 incurred by him in the conduct of his
office during said month, and it appearing to the court that said report is tmue and correct
and such expenditures should be approved; therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by
Powell and unanimously approved by the court for such expenditures herein.

tabulary statement of Lawrence Stephens, County Clerk of Kerr County, covering; the indebtedness,
expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the quarter ending April 30, 195<?. It appearing
to the court that said report is true and correct and should be approved by the court, there-
fore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court and
ordered filed by the County Clerk.

This the 14th day of May, A. ~. 1952, came on to be considered by the court, the monthly
report of deposits and collections of Albert Wilson, Public Weigher, Kerr County precinct #1
showing an aggregate of $76.40 collected for the month of April, 1952, and it appearing to the
court that said report is true and correct and should be approved, and that the City be sent
a bill for their pro rata share in the amount of $11.80 due the General Fund of Kerr County.
Therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Powell, and unanimously approved by the
