showing an actual and necessary expenditure of $1,137.06 instead of $745.56 as approved on
April 14, 1952, and it appearing to the court that said corrected report is true and correct
and that such expenditures should be approved, therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded
by Powell and unanimously approved by the court, that the corrected March report for 1952 in
the amount of $1,137.60 be approved by the court.

This the 14th day of May, A. n. 1952, came on to be examined, the monthly expense report
of E. H. Nichols, Tax assessor and Collector, of Kerr County, Texas, for the month of April,
1952, showing an actual and necessary expense of °G975.05 incurred by him in the conduct of his
office during said month, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct
and such expenditures should be approved; therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by
Powell and unanimously approved by the court for such expenditures herein.

This the 14th day of May, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the quarterly
tabulary statement of Lawrence Stephens, County Clerk of Kerr County, covering the indebtedness,
expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the quarter ending April 30, 1952. It appearing
to the court that said report is true and correct and should be approved by the court, there-
fore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court and
ordered filed by the County Clerk.

This the 14th day of May, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined, the monthly report of Jno.
R. Leavell, County Judge of Kerr County, Texas for the month of April, 1952, showing an actual
and necessary expense of $3.67 incurred by him in the conduct of his office during said month,
and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct and such expenditures should
be approved; therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved
by the court.

This the 14th day of May, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the monthly re-
port of Guy Powell, County Agent of Kerr County, covering his services for the month of April,
1952, and it appearing to the court that said report should be approved; therefore by motion
duly made by Goff, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court and ordered filed
by the County Clerk for future reference.

No. 5633. APPROVAL OF REPORT OF DEPOSITS AND COLLECTIONS OF ALBERT WILSON, PUBLIC WEIGHER,
PRECINCT #1.
This the 14th day of May, A. ~. 1952, came on to be considered by the court, the monthly
report of deposits and collections of Albert Wilson, Public Weigher, Kerr County Precinct #1
showing an aggregate of X76.40 collected for the month of April, 1952, and it appearing to the

court that said report is true and correct and should be approved, and that the City be sent
a bill for their pro rata share in the amount of X11.80 due the General Fund of Kerr County.
Therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Powell, and unanimously approved by the
court, that said report be approved and the County Clerk be directed to bill the City for the
