showing an aggregate of $76.40 collected for the month of April, 1952, and it appearing to the

a bill for their pro rata share in the amount of X11.80 due the General Fund of T{err County.

1952, showing the disposition of all monies owed to the State and County collected by him during

No. 5638. COMMISSIONER OF PRECINCT #2 AUTHORIZED TO PAVE SHOULDERS, BUILD CURBING AND ERECT
SIDEWALKS ALONG RESIT)ENTAL SECTION ON F M 1350.
This the 19th day of May, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court, the proposed
plan between Commissioner of Precinct #2 and the State Highway department to pave the shoulders,
build curbing and erect sidewalks along the residental section along FM #1350 in Center Point,
Texas, from the intersection of the Camp Verde Road and FM #1350 through the residental sect-
ion along the said FM #1350, and it appearing to the court that such proposed plan is estimated
to cost Kerr County approximately ;$4,000.00 and that said precinct should be authorized to ex-
pend such amount for said project. Therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Mol-
ter and unanimously approved by the court that Commissioner Powell of Precinct #2 be and is
hereby authorized to work in conjunction with the State Highway Department along FM #1350 to
