COMMISSIONER OF PRECINCT #2 AUTHORIZED TO PAVE SHOULDERS, BUILD CURBING AND ERECT SIDEWALKS ALONG RESIDENTAL SECTION ON F M 1350. This the 19th day of May, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court, the proposed plan between Commissioner of Precinct ~2 and the State Highway Department to pave the shoulders, build curbing and erect sidewalks along the residental section along FM #1350 in Center Point, Texas, from the intersection of the Camp Verde Road and FM #1350 through the residental sect- ion along the said FM #1350, and it appearing to the court that such proposed plan is estimated to cost Kerr County approximately ;4,000.00 and that said precinct should be authorized to ex- pend such amount for said project.
