D. 1952, came on to be presented to the court the claim of Noah Knox in the amount of X450.00 for the erection of a fence along the Ernest Love property line and Highway #27 above Mountain Home, and it appearing to the court that said claim is reasonable and just and should be allowed for payment. Therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court that the county Clerk draw voucher against the Road & Bridge Fund payable to Noah Knox in the amount of ?450.00 -o-o-o-o-o-o-o- No. 5640. IN RE: PRELIMINARY REPORT OF GEORGE L, DAHL. This the 19th day of May, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court the prelimin- ary report made by George L, Dahl, an engineer employed by the County in regard to dam sites on the Guadalupe River, and it appearing to the court that the County Judge should be authoriz- ed to write a letter to Mr. Dahl with reference to the proposed sites before approving the preliminary report now on file. Therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court that the County Judge be authorized to confer by letter with Mr. Dahl in regard to the proposed dam sites before this court approves the report on file. -o-o-o-o-o-o- No. 5641. Love releasing the County of any further liability on fencing contract along this property on Highway #27 above Mountain Home, and it appearing to the court that such letter should be accepted.
