STOREY ON PAINTING CONTRACT. This the 21st day of May, A. D. 1952, came on to be presented to the court by H. L. Storey, a bill in the sum of X889,60, being the balance of painting contract,"Unit "A", in the amount -- oP $1287.60, and it appearing to the court that said contractor has completed painting contract Unit "A" in full satisfaction and is entitled to $889,60; therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court, the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to draw voucher payable to H. L. Storey in the amount of $889,60, payable out of the Kerr County Permanent Improvement Fund, for the full and final payment of painting con- tract, Unit "A", as such contract has been completed in fall satisfaction of the court. -o-o-o-o-o-o-o- No, 5647. FINAL EXAMINATION OF TAX RENDITIONS BY THE BOA?D OF EQUALIZATION. This the 21st day of May, A. D. 1952, the court members having completed the inspection and examination cf the renditions and un-rendered properties for the tax gear 1952 by the tax payers of Kerr County, Texas find that all the inventories presented by E. H. Nichols, Tax Assessor & Collector, are in their descretion in complete satisfaction; therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the court, that all the inventories presented by E. H.
