D. 1952, after motion having been duly made by Powell, second- ed by Molter and unanimously approved by the court, that the minutes of the Commissioners Court for the month of May, be approved as read. -o-o-o-o-o-o-o- No. 5649. ORDER AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF SCHOOLHOUSE BONDS THE STATE OF TEXAS: INGRAM COMMON SCHOOL DISTRICT N0. 2. COUNTY OF KERR On this the 9th day of June, 1952, the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, con- vaned in regular session at a regular Term thereof, with the following members present, towit: Jno. R. Leavell, County Judge, Henry Eckstein, Commissioner Precinct No. 1, V. D. Powell, Commissioner Precinct No. 2, Chas. H. Molter, Commissioner Precinct No. 3, Lee Goff, Commissioner Precinct No. 4, Lawrence Stephens, County Clerk, and, among other proceedings had, passed the following order: WHEREAS, at an election held for that purpose on the 26th day of April, 1952, a majority of the qualified property taxpaying voters of Ingram Common School District No. 2, of Kerr County, Texas, having at said election voted in favor of the bonds hereinafter described and the tax hereinafter levied; THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED BY THE COMMISSIONERS' COURT of Kerr County, Texas: I. That the bonds of said District, to be called "INGRAM COMMON SCHOOL DISTRICT N0. 2 SCHOOL- HOUSE BONDS, SERIES OF 1952", be issued on the faith and credit of said Ingram Common School District No. 2 of Kerr County, Texas, for the purpose of the construction and equipment of a public free school building of other than wood material within the limits of said District. II. That said bonds shall be numbered consecutively from 1 to 42, inclusive; That Bonds Num- bets 1 to 10, inclusive, shall be of the denomination of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars each and Bonds Numbers 11 to 42, inclusive, shall be of the denomination of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars each, aggregating Thirty-seven Thousand ($37,000.00) Dollars.
