That Bonds Numbers 1 to 10, inclusive, shall bear interest from date until paid at the rate of three and one-fourths (3-1/4~) per cent per annum and Bonds Numbers 11 to 42, inclusive, shall bear interest from date until paid at the rate of three and one-half (3-1/2~) per cent per annum; interest shall be payable June 1, 1953, and semi-annually thereafter on December 1st and June 1st in each year; principal and interest shall be payable in lawful money of the United States of America upon presentation and surrender of bonds or proper coupons at the Chas Schre- iner Bank, Kerrville, Texas. IV. That said bonds shall be signed by the County Judge, countersigned by the County Clerk, and registered by the County Treasurer of Kerr County, Texas, and the seal of the Commissioners' Court shall be impressed upon each of them; that the facsimile signatures of the County Judge and County Clerk may be printed, engraved or lithographed upon the interest coupons. This bond is one of a series of 42 bonds, numbered consecutively from 1 to 42, inclusive; Bonds Numbers 1 to 10, inclusive, of the denomination of Five Hundred (:$500.00) Dollars each and Bonds Numbers 11 to 42, inclusive, of the denomination of One Thousand 01,000.00) Dollars each, aggregating Thirty-seven Thousand ($37,000.00) Dollars, issued by the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County on the faith and credit of Ingram Common School District No. 2 of said County, for the purpose of the construction and equipment of a public free school building of other than wood material within the limits of said District, under and by virtue of Chapter 13, Title 48, Revised Statutes, 1925, as amended, and the Constitution and Laws of the State of Texas, and in pursuance of an order passed by the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, ~'~ which order is of record in the Minutes of said Court. The date of this bond, in conformity with the order above mentioned, is the 1st day of ~, ~ June, 1952. Ingram Common School District No. 2 has and hereby reserves the right to redeem this bond on June 1, 1972, or on any interest payment date thereafter, by paying principal and accrued interest thereon, and in case the same shall be called in for redemption before maturity, not- ice thereof in writing shall be given by the President o£ the Board of District Trustees of Ingram Common School District No. 2 to the Chas. Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, at least thirty (30) days before the date fixed for redemption, and should this bond not be presented for redemption, the 'same shall cease to bear interest from and after the date so fixed for re- demption. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that while said bonds, or any of them, are outstanding and unpaid, there shall be annually levied, assessed and collected, in due time, form and manner, a tax upon all the taxable property in said Ingram Common School District No. 2, sufficient to pay the current interest thereon and create a sinking fund sufficient to pay each installment of the principal as the same becomes due, and to pay the interest on said bonds for the first year and to create a sinking fund with which to pay the principal as the same becomes due, there is hereby levied a tax of sixteen (16¢) cents on each $100,00 valuation of taxable prop- erty in said District for the year 1952, and the same shall be assessed and collected and ap- plied to the purpose named; and while said bonds, or any of them, are outstanding and unpaid, a tax for each year at a rate from year to year, as will be ample and sufficient to provide funds to pay the current interest on said bonds and to provide funds to pay the principal as the same becomes due, full allowance being made for delinquencies and costs of collection, shall be, and is hereby levied for each year, respectively, while said bonds, or any of them, are outstanding and unpaid, and said tax shall each year be assessed and collected and applied to the payment of the interest on, and principal of, said bonds. APPROVAL OF CLAIM IN AMOUNT OF X364.25 FOR PAINTING BASEMENT OF THE COURT HOUSE. This the 9th day of June, A. D. 1952, came on to be presented by the court the claim of H. L. Storey in the amount of $364.25 for the painting of the basement of the court house. It appearing to the court that proper inspection has been made and such payment is in full satisfaction of the court and should be approved in like amount. Therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court, that the County Clerk be hereby ordered to draw voucher in amount of $364,25 payable to H. L.
