No. 5668. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS.
This the 16th day of June, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court, the claims
and accounts filed against Kerr County and its respective precincts funds and in the descretion
of the court, same should be approved for payment; therefore by motion duly made by Molter,
seconded by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court for all claims and accounts filed
since the last term of this court.

No. 5669. APPLICATION BY TAX ASSESSOR AND COLLECTOR FOR FIRST ADVANCEMENT ON 19 ~ ASSESSING
COMMISSIONS.
This the 16th day of June, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the Court the applic-
ation of E. H. Nichols, Tax Assessor and Collector of Kerr County, for an advancement from Kerr
County of $500.00 to apply on his 1952 County Tax Assessor's Commissions. And it appearing to
the Court that he is entitled to such advance, and that such amount should be paid to him out
of the General Fund of Kerr County. Therefore, by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by
Powell and unanimously approved by the Court that Nichols be advanced the sum of X500.00 out
of the General Fund of Kerr County, and the County Clerk be and is hereby authorized to draw
voucher against the County Treasurer in like amount.
