APPLICATION BY TAX ASSESSOR AND COLLECTOR FOR FIRST ADVANCEMENT ON 19 ~ ASSESSING COMMISSIONS. This the 16th day of June, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the Court the applic- ation of E. H. Nichols, Tax Assessor and Collector of Kerr County, for an advancement from Kerr County of $500.00 to apply on his 1952 County Tax Assessor's Commissions. And it appearing to the Court that he is entitled to such advance, and that such amount should be paid to him out of the General Fund of Kerr County.
