Nichols, Tax Assessor and Collector of Kerr County, for an advancement from Kerr County of X500.00 to apply on his 1952 County Tax Assessor's Commissions. And it appearing to the Court that he is entitled to such advance, and that such amount should be paid to him out of the General Fund of Kerr County.
