and accounts filed against the General Road & Bridge Fund and Road d Bridge Fund #1, since the
last term of this court, and it appearing that said claims and accounts should be paid, there-
fore by motion duly made by ]biter, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the court the
all cla lms and accounts filed against the Ceneral Road & Bridge Fund and Road & Bridge Fund ~1
be approved for payment and ordered paid out of the respective funds.

and accounts filed against Kerr County and its respective precincts since the last term of
this court, and it appearing to the court that said claims and accounts should be voted on
separately; therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Goff and unanimously ap-
proved by the court, that all claims and accounts filed against Road & Hrldge #2, ba approved
for payment; that all claims and accounts filed against Road & Bridge ~+, be approved for
payment, after motion having been made by Eokatain, seconded by Powell and unanimously second-
ed by the court; that all claims and accounts filed against the General Road & Bridge be paid,
after motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court;
that all claims and accounts filed against Kerrville-Ingram Road & Bridge Right of Way Fund
Highway #27 and Road & Bridge Aight oŁ Way Fund FM 1338, be approved for payment, after motion
having been duly made by, Eckstein, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the court; that
all claims and accounts filed against the General Fund be approved for payment, after motion
having been duly made by Eckstein, seconded by l~lter and unanimously approved by the court;
and that all claims and accounts filed against Road & Bridge #3 be approved for payment, after
motion having been duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the
court, and that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to draw vouchers against the County
Treasurer in like amounts oP said claims filed herein, to ba drawn on the respective funds,
