D. 1952, came on to be considered by the courts the claims and accounts filed against Kerr County and its respective precineta since the last term of this courts and it appearing to the court that said claims and accounts should be voted on separately; therefore by motlon duly made by Eckstein seconded by Goff and unanimously ap- proved by the courts that all claims and accounts filed against Road & Bridge #2, be approved for payment; that all claims and accounts filed against Road & Bridge #+~ be approved for pa yment~ after motlon having been made by Eckstein seconded by Powell and unanimously second- ed by the court; that all claims and accounts filed against the General Road & Bridge be paid after motion duly made by Eckstein seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court; that all claims and accounts filed against Kerrville-Ingram Road & Bridge Right of Way Fund Highway #27 and Road & ffiidge Right of Way Fund FM 1338, be approved for payments after motion having been duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the court; that all claims and accounts filed against the General Fund be approved for payment, after motion having been duly made by Eckstein seconded by lfolter and unanimously approved by the court; and that all claims and accounts filed against Road & Bridge y{3 be approved for payments after motion having been duly made by Ecksteia~ seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court, and that the County Clerk bey and is herebq directed to draw vouchers against the Count!
