D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court, the claims and accounts filed against Kerr County and its respective precincts since the last term of this court, and it appearing to the court that said claims and accounts should be voted on separately; therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Goff and unanimously ap- proved by the court, that all claims and accounts PSled against Road & Hridge #2, ba approved for payment; that all claims and accounts Tiled against Road & Bridge #~, be approved for payment, after motion having been made by Eckstein, seconded by Powell and unanimously second- ed by the court; that all claims and accounts filed against the General Road & Bridge be paid, after motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court; that all claims and accounts filed against Kerrville-Ingram Road & Bridge Right of Way Fund Highway #27 and Road & ffiidge Right of Way Fund FM 1338, be approved for payment, after motion having been duly made by, Eckstein, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the court; the all claims and accounts filed against the General Fund be approved for payment, after motion having been duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Molter and unanimously approved by the court; and that all claims and accounts filed agalast Road & Bridge #3 be approved for payment, after motion having been duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court, and that the County Clerk be, and is herebq directed to draw vouchers against the Count Treasurer in like amounts of said claims filed herein, to be drawn on the respective fnnda~ according to law. -o-o-o-o-o-o-o- No. $676.
