This the 16th day of July, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court, the report .~
of all monies, fees collected by Lawrence Stephens, County Clerk, belonging to officers, wit-
nesses, or other persons, remaining in his hands uncalled for by the parties entitled thereto
for the quarter ending June 30, 1952, as held on deposit in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in
the amount of .1,743.13, and it appearing to the court that said report is in due form and
should be approved; therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Powell and unanim-
ously approved by the court, and ordered filed by the County Clerk for future reference.

COURT, PRECINCT #2.
This the 16th day of July, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court, the monthly
report of Ira L. Pringle, Justice of the Peace, Precinct #2, Kerr County, Texas, covering the
month of June, 1952, of Criminal cases filed, witnesses, judgments and jury fees collected,
showing a sum of X32.50 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to a
fee of X18.00, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct; therefore -.
by motior, duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Powell and unanimousl;; approved by the court,
and the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to pay the fee of 'G18.00 to Judge Pringle, to-
wit: X6.00 out of the Road & Bridge Fund and X12.00 payable out of the General Fund of Kerr
County, Texas.

report of Lawrence Stephens, County Clerk, of all fines imposed, judgments rendered and jury
fees collected in the County Clerk's office of said County for the month ending June 30, 1952,
in the zmount of ;fi687.80, which amount has been collected and deposited with the County Treas-
urer, and it appearing to the court that said. report is true and correct and should be approved;
therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the
court, and ordered filed by the County Clerk.

COURT, PRECINCT #1.
This the 16th day of July, A. P. 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the monthly
report of Virgil Storms, Justice of the Peace, Precinct #l, Kerr County, Texas, covering the
month of June, 1952, of Criminal cases filed, witnesses, judgments and jury fees collected,
showing a sum of $59.30 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to a
fee of X33.00, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct, that said
officer is entitled to his fees and that same should be paid; therefore by motion duly made
by Eckstein, seconded by Molter and unanimously approved by the court, that said report be
approved and that the County Clerk be, end is hereby directed to pay the fee of :33.00 to Judge
Storms to-wit: X11.00 payable out of the Road & Bridge Fund and .$22.00 payable out of the
General Fund of Kerr County, Texas.
