D. 1952, came on to be examined by the Court, the report of collections and deposits made by Earl Garrett, Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, of all fees and mileage fees collected by him in the performance of his duties in said office for the month of June, 1952, in the amount of $153.58, and it appearing to the court that the itemized report of collections and deposits as submitted, are true and correct, and should be approved by the court; therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Molter and unanimously approved by the court and ordered filed by the County Clerk for future reference. -o-o-o-o-o-o- No. 5685. D. 1952, showing I and actual and necessary expenditure of X629.30 incurred by him in the conduct of his office during said month, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct and should be approved; therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Molter and unanim- ously approved by the court for the expenditures therein. -o-o-o-o-o- No. 568. APPROVAL OF !=EPORT OF DEPOSITS AND COLLECTIONS OF ALBERT WILSON, PUBLIC WEIGHER, PRECINCT #1. This the 16th day of July, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court, the monthly report of deposits and collections of Albert Wilson, Public Weigher, Kerr County Precinct #1, showing an aggregate of X91.56 collected for the month of June, 1952, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct and should be approved, and that the County Clerk should mail the city a bill for their pro rata part in the amount of .4.22 due the General Fund of Kerr County.
