This the 16th day of July, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court, the report
of all monies, fees collected by Lawrence Stephens, County Clerk, belonging to officers, wit-
nesses, or other persons, remaining in his hands uncalled for by the parties entitled thereto
for the quarter ending June 30, 1952, as held on deposit in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in
the amount of ~1,7~+3.13, and it appearing to the court that said report is in due form and
should be approved; therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Powell and unanim-
ously approved by the court, and ordered filed by the County Clerk for future reference.

This the 16th day of July, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court, the monthly
report of Ira L. Pringle, Justice of the Peace, Precinct #2, Kerr County, Texas, covering the
month of June, 19$2, of Criminal cases filed, witnesses, judgments and jury fees collected,
showing a sum of X32.50 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him. to a
fee of $18.00, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct; therefore -.
by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Powell and unanimousl;, approved by the court,
and the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to pay the fee of '618.00 to Judge Pringle, to-
wit: X6.00 out of the Road & Bridge Fund and $12.00 payable out of the General Fund of Kerr
County, Texas.

report of Virgil Storms, Justice of the Peace, Precinct #1, Kerr County, Texas, covering the
month of June, 1952, of Criminal cases filed, witnesses, judgments and jury fees collect~sd,
showing a sum of X59.30 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to a
fee of .33.00, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct, that said
officer is entitled to his fees and that same should be paid; therefore by motion duly made
by Eckstein, seconded by N,olter and unanimously approved by the court, that said report be
approved and that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to pay the fee of X33.00 to Judge
Storms to-wit: X11.00 payable out of the Road & Bridge Fund and $22.00 payable out of the

showing an actual and necessary expense of X725.00 incurred by him in the conduct of his office

expenditures should be approved; therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Molter
and unanimously approved by the court for such expenditures therein.

This the 16th day of July, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the monthly
report of !11ma Hancock, County Home Demonstration Agent of Kerr County, covering her services
for the month of June, 1952, and it appearing to the court that said report should be approved
by the court in all respects; therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Molter,
and unanimously approved by the court and ordered filed by the County Clerk.

This the 16th day of July, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined by the Court, the report of
collections and deposits made by Earl Garrett, Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, of all fees and
mileage fees collected by him in the performance of his duties in said office for the month of
June, 1952, in the amount of $153.58, and it appearing to the court that the itemized report
of collections and deposits as submitted, are true and correct, and should be approved by the
court; therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Molter and unanimously approved
by the court and ordered filed by the County Clerk for future reference.

This the 16th day of July, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court, the monthly
report of deposits and collections of Albert Wilson, Public Weigher, Kerr County Precinct #1,
showing an aggregate of X91.56 collected for the month of June, 1952, and it appearing to the
court that said report is true and correct and should be approved, and that the County Clerk
should mail the city a bill for their pro rata part in the amount of .4.22 due the General
Fund of Kerr County. Therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Molter and unan-
imously approved by the court,that said report be approved and the County Clerk be directed to

bill the City for the amount of X4.22 to be deposited in the General Fund of Kerr County, Texas,
upon collection.
