APPROVAL OF CLAIhi5 AND ACCOUNTS. ^.. This the 11th day of August, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court, the claims and accounts filed against Kerr County and its respective precincts since the last term of this court, and it appearing to the court that said claims and accounts should be voted on separate- ly; therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the court, that all claims and accounts filed against Road & Bridge #l, be approved for payment; that all claims and accounts filed against Road ~ Bridge #2, be approved for payment, after motion duly having been made by A'olter, seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved by the court; after motion having been duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Goff and unanimously ap- proved by the court, that all claims and accounts filed against Road & BridCe #3, be approved for payment; that all claims anc~ accounts filed against F.oad & Bridge #4-, Kerrville-Ingram Highway #27, and R 8c B F.W FM #1338, be approved for payment, after motion having been duly made by Guthrie, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court; and that all claims and accounts filed against the General Fund and Road & Bridge Fund of Kerr County be approved for payment, therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court for said claims and accounts, and that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to draw vouchers against the County Treasurer in like amounts of said claims filed herein, to be drawn on the respective funds, according to law. -o-o-o-o-o-o- No. 5693. RESOLUTION ON THE DEATH OF HENRY ECKSTEIN. This the 11th day of August, A. D. 1852, came on to be considered by the court the re- spect due Henry Eckstein, a former member of the Commissioners Court, who passed from our pres- ence on the 6th day of August, A. D. 1952, and in his honor this court feels that this body should recess on this 11th day of August, 1952, from 1:00 o'clock to 5:00 o'clock P. M., as a respect of his passing; therefore by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Goff, and unan- imously approved by the court, that this court should recess on this August 11th, 1952, from 1:00 o'clock to 5:00 o'clock P.
